Nicholls to Have Minor Surgery Today

It was announced late Thursday after the Kings game that center Bernie Nicholls, the subject of trade rumors in recent days, will undergo minor bladder surgery as an out-patient today.
According to the club, Nicholls will catch a late flight tonight to Pittsburgh and is expected to play in Sunday’s All-Star game.
Nicholls played Thursday night and had three assists in the Kings’ victory over the Detroit Red Wings.
