Hugh Smith, a Pasadena residential and commercial property owner, has been elected 1990 president of the California Apartment Assn.
Other new officers of the Sacramento-based trade group are John Alioto, San Diego, president-elect; Dwight Long, Fresno, vice president; Robert A. Diaz, Norco, treasurer; Ted Kimball, San Diego, secretary, and Larry Hull, Santa Clara, immediate past president.
