Mortgage Investments Plus, a Woodland Hills real estate trust, said it has received a $13.3-million loan for a development in Carlsbad.
Mortgage Investments said it would use the loan, in part, to repay an earlier construction loan for building the 157,000-square-foot Campus at Carlsbad development, a joint venture with Trammel Crow.
Mortgage Investments Plus is the limited partner in the venture, with an 80% stake.
