Monday is Presidents ‘ Day, created to celebrate George Washington’s and Abraham Lincoln’s birthdays.
OPEN: Most stores and the Los Angeles Law Library. Rapid Transit District buses will follow regular schedules.
CLOSED: All government offices, courts, post offices, stock and commodity exchanges, libraries, schools and many businesses. Most banks and savings and loan institutions will be closed.
