Douglas J. Himebaugh has been named executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Universal Savings Bank in Orange. He was previously chief financial officer at NMI Mortgage Inc. in Pasadena and, before that, served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Unified Savings Bank in Northridge. Mary G. Tousignant was promoted to senior vice president and chief lending officer. She was formerly vice president of secondary marketing.
