Closets and storage space were the top priorities, according to 97% of the women polled. Other features include:
Two multifunctional rooms for hobbies, a home office or more storage. Both have sleep sofas.
Expanded living space, achieved by combining kitchen and family room, which is equipped with built-in entertainment center, computer, state-of-the-art appliances, featuring the “absolute latest” in kitchen equipment, a built-in vacuum system in every room and a house-wide intercom.
A mud room, a key-less entry system and walk-in pantry.
