TURNOUT: The county registrar of voters expected a 50% turnout but got only 38.2% Tuesday--putting Orange County 50th among the state’s 58 counties. . . . Other Southern California counties did even worse: San Diego was 54th; Riverside, 55th; Los Angeles, 57th, and San Bernardino dead last.
