Rockwell Sued by Former Executive: A suit was filed Thursday against Rockwell International Corp. by the former president of its Advanced Systems for Strategic Defense & Technology division. The Los Angeles Superior Court case, filed by Seymour Z. Rubenstein, claims that he was fired in 1989 because of discrimination based on a physical handicap. Rubenstein, who worked for Rockwell 28 years, seeks unstated damages plus punitives because he allegedly was dismissed for falling asleep or being late for meetings. He says he suffered from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. (Filed June 7, 1990. Case No. BC002875)
