Health Care Merger Scrubbed: Orange-based Admar Group Inc. said Monday that it will not proceed with its proposed merger with Capp Care Inc. of Fountain Valley because the two companies could not resolve “philosophical differences.” The merger would have created one of the largest preferred provider networks in the country, providing health-care service to 700 hospitals.
