I always appreciate The Times when it gives me something to smile about first thing in the morning. The July 16th paper, which informed me that Michael Reagan had taken it upon himself to give Neil Bush advice, was nifty!
I think, however, that Neil Bush would have been better served by taking the advice of a different member of the Reagan family--Nancy . . . “Just say no”!
