Janet Jackson Treated: Janet Jackson passed out backstage after performing three songs at the St. Louis Arena. Jackson, 24, was treated for exhaustion and dehydration Sunday at Barnes Hospital, and was released after two hours, officials said. A Jackson spokeswoman said the singer sang three songs, “then she excused herself and passed out backstage.” Jackson, who canceled a performance Thursday in Lexington, Ky., has suffered from exhaustion and flu-like symptoms, the spokeswoman said. Jackson’s representatives on Monday were considering juggling her schedule before her tour ends Sept. 4 in Richfield, Ohio.
