Anderson Is Angel of Week

Kent Anderson, who had the game-winning hit Friday and the first four-hit game of his career Saturday, has been named Angel of the Week by The Times’ Orange County Edition.
Anderson was seven for 11 with a double and three runs scored. His single in the 10th inning Friday gave the Angels a 2-1 victory over the Orioles and his four-hit game Saturday raised his batting average to .313.
A check for $250 in Anderson’s name will be given to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Orange County.
