N.Y. Residents on Lookout Where the Buffalo Roam

LAFAYETTE, N.Y. — Authorities told residents Saturday to be on the alert for buffalo that frightened schoolchildren and stopped traffic on Interstate 81. The herd of 16 broke loose from the Onondaga Indian Reservation.
