FOUNTAIN VALLEY : School District OKs $24.6-Million Budget

The Fountain Valley School District board has unanimously approved a $24.6-million budget for the 1990-91 school year.
The largest portion of the budget--85%--is for personnel costs. Teachers’ salaries account for more than 50% of the total.
The district has a reserve of about 3%, district spokeswoman Cheryl Norton said.
