Directors of the annual Laguna Festival of the Arts have hired a search firm led by Robert Booth of Irvine to develop a job description for a general manager, and to seek someone to fill the post. The art fair--connected with the Pageant of the Masters, where models pose as famous artworks--has been without a general manager and its controller is retiring.
