Sizzler Restaurants International Inc.: The restaurant operator said second-quarter net income dropped 17% to $5 million because of the weakening economy and higher costs associated with the introduction of its new Buffet Court & Grill chain. The Los Angeles-based company posted revenue of $86.8 million, up 10% from a year ago.
