Husband-Husband: French film director Roger Vadim, former husband to film actresses Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve, Jane Fonda and Annette Stroyberg, married another actress, Marie-Christine Barrault, Friday. Vadim, 62, is best known for launching Bardot’s career in the late 1950s and helping launch that of Fonda in the 1960s. Barrault, 46, is a classical theater actress best known internationally for her lead role in the film comedy “Cousin-Cousine.”
