Sony, Time Warner in Venture: Sony Music Entertainment Inc. and Time Warner Inc. said they have formed a joint venture, Columbia House Co. Record Club. The companies said the venture will be 50% owned by each of the two partners. The venture combines the assets formerly operated by the Columbia House division of Sony Music Entertainment and the Time-Life Home Video Club, the firms said.
