ANAHEIM : Motorist in Fatal Crash Is Identified

A motorist who died last weekend after he drove his car through a red light and collided with another automobile has been identified as Robert Acosta, 28, of Anaheim.
Acosta was pronounced dead at the scene of Sunday’s collision at Harbor Boulevard and Broadway.
After striking the other car, Acosta’s vehicle was propelled into the southwest corner of the intersection, where it struck a light pole and two pedestrians, police said.
The two pedestrians and the driver of the other vehicle were injured, but none of their injuries appeared to be life threatening, police said.
