3 Shot to Death in Huntington Park

Three people were shot to death Sunday at an intersection near a Huntington Park junior high school, said Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies, who were assisting local police in the investigation.
The victims, described only as three males, were found in the 5900 block of Carmelita Avenue and nearby in the 3900 block of 60th Street.
Deputy Rich Erickson said the killings apparently took place about 5:30 p.m., but he did not know if they were related.
