OXNARD : 1 Person Shot in Drive-By Shooting

One person was shot Tuesday night in what Oxnard police describe as a drive-by shooting.
Police would not release many details, but did say the shooting occurred at 7:10 p.m. in the 2100 block of Channel Islands Boulevard.
