* Barbara B. Kamm has joined Silicon Valley Bank as vice president/senior loan officer in the Southern California regional office in Newport Beach. Before joining the bank, she was vice president and manager of the National Bank of Long Beach in the Orange County regional office. Kamm has also held managerial positions with First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles and Marine National Bank in Irvine.
