Ryskamp’s Rejection
The Senate’s rejection of U.S. District Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp’s nomination to the federal appeals court (April 12) is one of those rare rays of hope in the revolting federal/state/local governments’ coddling of bigots. All levels of government still provide enormous tax subsidies to the prejudiced hypocrites who people private clubs. If these bigots were forced to pay for their own memberships and own meals without an 80% government-blessed tax deduction, most of these dens of discrimination would fade out of existence!
