Seven-Up Co., a division of Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up Cos., Dallas, has appointed Francis I. Mullin III president and chief operating officer. Mullin, 47, a former Canada Dry Corp. product manager, most recently operated CSM & Associates Inc., an Atlanta-based sales and marketing consulting business. Mullin succeeds John R. Albers, president and chief executive of Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up, who became acting president of the Seven-Up division after the resignation of Executive Vice President Dale P. Schaufel last July.
