John Tinsley Oden has joined the board of PDA Engineering, a Costa Mesa software and engineering company. He is founder, president and chief executive of Computational Mechanics Co. Inc. in Austin, Tex., and professor of aerospace engineering and engineering mechanics at the University of Texas.
