Point Guard Commits to Christ College Irvine

Darren Lax, a 6-foot point guard from Riverside College, has signed a letter of intent to attend Christ College Irvine, men’s basketball Coach Greg Marshall said.

Lax, an honorable mention selection in the Orange Empire Conference last season, averaged 14 points and eight assists. While at Riverside Poly High School, he averaged 20 points and six assists and was a first team all-Southern Section selection in 1989.
