EC Officials in Libya

TRIPOLI, Libya — Foreign ministers of Libya, Mauritania, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria will meet today with four EC foreign ministers in Tripoli, the Libyan news agency JANA said. The four EC nations are France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
