Kaufman & Broad Home Corp., the Los Angeles-based home builder, has named Dan Schreiner president of its mortgage company subsidiary. Schreiner, 36, replaced Gordon Milne, as head of Kaufman & Broad Mortgage Co. earlier this month when Milne returned to his native Canada for personal reasons. Before joining Kaufman and Broad in 1986, Schreiner served as a vice president for a Colorado mortgage company.
