Memorial to Be Held for Joyce Treiman

A celebration of the art and life of the late Joyce Treiman will be held on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at UCLA.
The program will begin with a 20-minute viewing of Treiman’s work in the Wight Art Gallery.
A series of brief talks by artists and friends, and a screening of Frances Luhan’s 30-minute video on Treiman will follow in the Dickson Art Center auditorium.
Artist June Wayne will read memorial tributes and wind up the ceremony with her own remarks at 3:10 p.m.
Treiman died on June 2, at 69, of a heart attack.
