Quilting in Hollywood: The Laguna Playhouse staging of the women’s frontier musical “Quilters” will move to the Las Palmas Theatre in Hollywood on Sept. 11-Oct. 20, produced by its director, Teri Ralston. The same production played in Laguna Beach three times between 1987 and 1990, and won honors at community theater festivals in Oklahoma and Ireland. A different production of “Quilters” played at the Mark Taper Forum in 1985, with Ralston in the cast.
