National Health Care Systems OKs Buyout: National Health Care Systems Inc., a dental health maintenance organization, said it intends to sell all of its outstanding shares to Foundation Health Corp., a Sacramento-based HMO, in a deal valued at $24.4 million. The buyout would affect about 15,000 Orange County customers of National Health Care Systems, who would eventually be able to add medical coverage to their dental plans.
