BUYER BEWARE: Now that the Gulf War is over and the jets and helicopters are back, the noise complaints from folks living around the El Toro and Tustin Marine air stations have returned too. . . . Lt. Col. Greg Jacobson told reporters Friday that up to half of the recent complaints are from people who moved in while most of the aircraft were gone. “They bought these homes during Desert Shield and Desert Storm,” he said.
