La Femme Vampire: Anne Parillaud, known for her performance in the title role of the French thriller “La Femme Nikita,” has been signed to star in Warner Bros.’ “Innocent Blood.” She’ll play a contemporary vampire in the film directed by John Landis, set to begin production in January.
