Business Swells: One of the hotter labels among the smaller surf wear makers in Orange County is expanding into larger office space in the Irvine Spectrum.
Mossimo Inc. plans to move to new corporate headquarters in the Lakeview Business Center within the complex next month and retain its present quarters for manufacturing and warehousing, giving it a total of nearly 31,000 square feet of leased space.
The company’s five-year lease is valued at more than $1 million at the office/manufacturing complex near the juncture of the San Diego and Santa Ana freeways in South County.
