Chevron Sells Oman Properties: Chevron Corp. said it has sold its properties in Oman to Neste Finance B.V., a subsidiary of Neste Oy, an international oil and chemicals corporation. The San Francisco-based energy giant said the decision was part of a broader restructuring program to identify properties that may be more valuable to others than to Chevron, said Richard Matzke, president of Chevron Overseas Petroleum Inc. Terms were not disclosed. Chevron sold its 35% stake in the property; the remaining 65% is held by Occidental of Oman Inc.
