ANAHEIM : Council OKs Name: Canyon Rim Park

The park under construction in the Highlands of Anaheim Hills residential development will be named Canyon Rim Park.
The City Council last week approved the name, which was selected because the 6-acre park is at Canyon Rim Road and Serrano Avenue, next to the proposed site of Canyon Rim Elementary School.
The park will include a combined soccer and softball field, two children’s play areas, a picnic area and security lighting.
