GOLDEN TRIP: Bowers Museum director Peter Keller, above, and two staffers have been in Colombia the past week searching for gold--more than 300 pieces of it. They are arranging to get them on loan, plus 50 pieces of pre-Columbian pottery, to be part of the Bowers’ grand reopening exhibit next October. . . . “It’s going to be a great display,” says Rochelle Branch of the museum, which has been closed three years for renovation and expansion.
