Japan’s Trade Minister to Discuss Soviet Aid

TOKYO — Japan’s trade minister said Tuesday he will visit Moscow this month to discuss efficient ways of using cash and credits pledged by Tokyo.
Minister for International Trade and Industry Eiichi Nakao told a news conference he plans to meet with Soviet officials beginning Saturday to discuss Japan’s $2.5-billion aid package, announced last week.
