Palmdale Man, 30, Dies in Freeway Accident

A 30-year-old Palmdale man was killed Saturday when he lost control of his automobile on a freeway on-ramp in Palmdale, the California Highway Patrol said.
The motorist, whose name was withheld pending notification of his next of kin, was entering the northbound lanes of the Antelope Valley Freeway from the Palmdale Boulevard on-ramp about 1 a.m. when the accident occurred, CHP Sgt. Walt Rogers said.
The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected from the vehicle, the CHP said.
