Mojave Narrows Plants for Christmas Derby

About 2,500 pounds of fish will be planted for the second “Christmas for Kids” fishing derby to benefit foster children Saturday at Mojave Narrows Regional Park, 18000 Yates Road, in Victorville. The event raised $4,000 last year.
The entry fee is $20 in advance, $25 the day of the event. Prizes, including cash, will be determined by the number of entries. Registration will start at 5:30 a.m. with fishing from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
