ORANGE — An Orange man was one of four people to win $3.82 million in Saturday’s California Lotto, using the same numbers he’s been using regularly for four years--his children’s ages.
Marco Garcia, who did not want his age or occupation disclosed, told Lottery officials he bought his ticket at a 7-Eleven store on West Chapman Avenue in Orange.
Lottery officials said Garcia will collect $152,800 annually for 20 years, with 20% already withheld for taxes.
