* Brian C. Mulligan has been appointed controller of MCA Inc., Universal City.
Mulligan, a CPA, joins MCA after nine years at Price Waterhouse, where he was a senior audit manager. As a member of that firm’s Entertainment Industry group, Mulligan was responsible for several motion picture clients, including MCA.
