DRIVE TIME? Ken Kesey, the author of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” will perform costumed readings from his two children’s books at Cal State Fullerton tonight. But the man who led his band of Merry Pranksters on a legendary cross-country psychedelic bus tour in 1964 will not be doing his own driving from his hotel in Los Angeles. . . . “I’m more out of shape for that than I am novel writing,” he says.
