FULLERTON — The City Council has given final approval to an ordinance that strengthens the city’s ban on trespassing.
Council members passed the ordinance unanimously last week in response to complaints that more and more homeless people and transients were seeking refuge in abandoned buildings and parking structures.
The Police Department has been arresting transients who refuse to leave after they have been given warnings.
