Elvis Update: As the nation deals with the weighty issue of whether to put a fat or a thin Elvis Presley on a postage stamp, MGM/UA Video reports that it will release a 60-minute collection of “never-before-seen footage” of Presley performances. “Elvis: The Lost Performances” is due out June 24, carrying a suggested retail price of $19.98. The video, released with the cooperation of the Presley estate, includes 10 minutes of the King rehearsing on the MGM lot on July 29, 1970. As for the stamp, the winning design will be unveiled June 4 at Graceland, which was Presley’s estate in Memphis.
