Covina : Morgan Named Mayor

Christopher Lancaster completed his two-year mayoral term Tuesday, and the City Council unanimously appointed Henry M. Morgan to replace him.
Morgan, 65, a retired IBM marketing manager, has been on the council since 1978. He previously served as mayor from 1982 to 1984.
Chris Richardson was appointed mayor pro tem. She was elected to the council two years ago after serving as city clerk for nearly 27 years.
