The Execution of Harris

I am not certain which I find more reprehensible:
The Harris coldblooded murder of innocent teen-agers for which he paid the ultimate price, albeit long overdue, is one thing.
The carnival atmosphere orchestrated by the media in regard to his execution is quite another. It may be time for “we, the people,” to encourage the fourth estate to report positive events and negative events equally. It seems that no matter how bad something is, the media can make it worse.
Perhaps if we concentrated on placing more right on the front page or in news broadcasts, there would be less wrong.
