Missouri basketball player Anthony Peeler, the Big Eight player of the year, was charged with three felonies after a woman said he entered her apartment and held a gun to her head, Boone County assistant prosecutor Tim Wynes said. Original reports Saturday indicated that Peeler was arrested on suspicion of weapon and kidnaping charges. Peeler, expected to be a first-round pick in the NBA draft next month, was charged with one count of felonious restraint and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, Wynes said.
