Jeff Walters has been appointed vice president of investments for Bishop Hawk’s Newport Beach office. He joins the commercial and industrial real estate brokerage after two years at Grubb & Ellis in Ontario, Calif. In addition, Marlene Miller was appointed director of business development in the same office. She worked at Bishop Hawk’s Sacramento headquarters for two years.
