Sierra Vista Students Cited in Poster Contest

Januari Reyes, a seventh-grader at Sierra Vista Middle School in La Puente, recently took second place in the seventh-to-ninth-grade category of the California Highway Patrol’s 1992 Traffic Safety Poster contest.
In the 10th-to-12th-grade category, Darwin Afable, an 11th-grader at Sierra Vista High School in Baldwin Park, received an honorable mention.
